Welcome back to another trade by kawntent sports. James Harden needs to come off the bench in Los Angeles, but they don’t have anyone good enough to justify to Harden to come off the bench. DeRozan attempts to solve that problem here.

Why the Clippers do this:

Harden has a huge ego and will never come off the bench for Terance Mann. So what does one do to get him to buy in or look even worse? Acquire another star who can slide in at the 3 and move Paul George to shooting guard, kicking Harden to the bench. DeRozan does just that and brings in additional star power to LAC.

Why the Bulls do this:

Terance Mann is very promising and given more opportunity he will likely shine. The Bulls also get a highly valuable 2030 Clippers unprotected pick when they are likely to be awful.
